Sharon Delaney McCloud
Sharon is an Emmy Award winning communications professional who brings 18 years of media experience to her clients. She reported on the news in markets across the southeast with her last stop in front of the camera at NBC 17 in Raleigh, NC.
Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Florida State University before embarking on a career as a television journalist. From the Persian Gulf War to John Glenn's historic return to space to the Super Bowl to hurricanes, floods, politics and entertainment, Sharon has covered thousands of stories that have affected people's lives on a daily basis. She also has moderated gubernatorial and mayoral debates throughout North Carolina.
After leaving television news in 2006, Sharon started McCloud Communications LLC. She has been busy since using her background in journalism and her Six Sigma Green Belt training to help her clients with public relations, marketing and image consulting. Media training has become an important part of her company’s portfolio of services and so she and Kim Dean launched Greenroom Communications LLC,based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Realizing how successful and rewarding media training can be, Sharon and Kim decided to share their knowledge and direction by heading up Life After TV News LLC.

Kim Dean
Kim spent ten years as a television journalist following the big stories in Florida, New York and with WRAL-TV in Raleigh, NC.
As a reporter in West Palm Beach she witnessed the fallout from the greatest election story of our generation. When she moved to Orlando, four hurricanes ripped through Florida in less than a month. Both events have made Kim an expert on performing in front of the camera under immense pressure with millions of eyes watchig.
After Florida, Kim became a national correspondent for the syndicated magazine show Inside Edition. She interviewed celebrities like George Clooney, Tom Cruise, Cate Blanchett, Jennifer Lopez and Donald Trump. She mastered the art of making these celebrities comfortable enough to relax, open up and show their genuine side.
Not only has Kim conducted hundreds of interviews asking the tough questions, she's also had the experience of sitting in the hot seat opposite Bill O'Reilly and has even fielded questions live from Howard Stern. The results is a seasoned journalist who has encountered every possible situation that involved lights, cameras and action.
Now Kim brings both her experience and her upbeat teaching style to Greenroom Communications LLC. Being her own boss has brought Kim to the realization that her colleagues still enduring the grind of daily news have a way to take control of their careers through Life After TV News LLC.
